Scheduled - Always aiming to provide the best possible service, we will upgrade an edge router ́s firmware and add a new router in Chicago (CH3). This enhancement will allow the Maxihost internet backbone to be more capable and resilient.

During the maintenance window, remote access to your servers in Chicago might be unavailable or have intermittencies. Your server will not be shut down or restarted in this maintenance window, all activities will only be performed on the internet outbound link. Remote access to servers in other locations will not be affected.

This activity is scripted among several departments to be carried out as soon as possible.

Identified - Two locations in São Paulo, MH1 and SP1, have been affected by an incident that started at 6:15 PM (GMT -3) and caused drops in connectivity. The downtime was caused by the rupture of multiple fiber optic cables.

Users were affected during a period of 5 minutes, after which the service was resumed. We're closely monitoring the situation and can confirm all services are working normally.

A small percentage of customers might experience latency variation during the next few hours.
